This website is hosted by one.com. When you visit it, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver and secure the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are deleted when they are no longer needed for these purposes, subject to legal retention requirements.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication. We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary and as required by applicable law.

4. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and interactions, for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information. Google may also process data in the United States and other countries. Google states that IP addresses are not logged or stored in full in Google Analytics.

Analytics is disabled by default and is activated only after you select “Accept analytics”. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalisation. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and a property-specific_ga_… cookie to distinguish visits. For further details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Consent preference

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so that we can respect it on later visits. This storage is necessary to remember your privacy preference. You can reopen the consent panel through “Cookie settings” and change your choice at any time.

6. External links and social media

This website contains ordinary links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Metadancer websites. No social-media plugin is loaded merely by viewing this page. If you follow one of these links, the destination service processes data under its own privacy terms.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.
